IRman programs

I'm currently using Girder 3.0 with my IRman and I've run into a problem. It won't do (under special keys) a numeric key entry twice... like NUMPAD1, NUMPAD1.

What do you guys use for control? And has anyone had any troubles with this problem? I'm using lorty's plugin so I want this option for the searching feature.

Go to the Girder web-site and e-mail the guy who wrote the program. He is very helpful. I asked him about a way to control the DFX plug-in and he sent me a reply in about a week. In the reply he had attached the program needed for Girder to control the DFX plug-in and it worked beautifully.

I'm using IrAssistant and it works perfectly. I havn't tried any other programs as this one did everything I needed. You can find my configuration file on my website.

I also use IRAssistant and I have no problems with it... by the way, do you know of a way to setup irassistant to switch between apps for example if I have winamp, copilot 2001 and wanna alt+tab between them with 1 button??
I have been able to do this by minimizing winamp and restoring it again but when I have a hardware temperature monitor, I wanna be able to alt tab to the temperature monitor also....

nevermind i finally figured out how to use irassistant....with 14 button remote I can program a button to work ONLY with winamp or GPS depending whats on the foreground window. It's a very nice program, just read the help file

Hey, check out the Girder web board if you need some help with it. It's getting to be a very useful resource.
