    Question Anyone used Beos?

    I am just wondering,
    has anyone used Beos for there setup?
    It has fast bootup, and many Winamp clones, and since it is Posix compatible, it shoulc be able to use Winamp plugins (or XMMS) made for linux, right?
    Or would it be to big of a deal, and I should just stick with dos?
    Clarion 200watt head unit w/ Aux in.
    Kicker 800watt 4 channel amp
    In a 96 Grand Prix SE.

    yeah, that would be kind of cool to see. maybe you can get some stuff ported over and use that. otherwise, i havent seen any car oriented mp3 software for BeOS.
