There is a sort option in Winamp itself. Look in the playlist window and at the bottom there is a button named Misc. options, right click on it and select sort. Hope this helps!

    Here you go - it's a plugin on Winamp's website. http://www.winamp.com/plugins/detail...ponentId=17554

i use albumlist found on winamps site. you make a folder for each group, then you have each album in their own folder in that main folder. it works great. alll you have to do is to point it to your mp3 directory

In this crazy world of Windows, here we have a problem solved by good 'ol DOS. I use a batch file that automatically detects changes in my MP3 files (new ones, replacements, etc.) and rebuilds my playlists to include/exclude/whatever the changes. When it rebuilds the list, it sorts all the files alpha by artist (my MP3's are arranged in sub-directories). If anyone is interrested, please e-mail me and I'll be happy to send you the batch file. All I ask is that you remember where you got it from since batch files can't be copyrighted, sigh.
"Yet, in order to justify your human fears, you have imagined a God who acts just like you. Therefore, you speak of God's "promise" to his "Chosen People," and of covenants between God and those God loves, in a special way. You cannot stand the thought of a God who loves no one in a way which is more special than any other, and so you create fictions about a God who only loves certain people for certain reasons. And you call these fictions Religions. [God] calls them blasphemies. For any thought that God loves one more than another is false--and any ritual which asks you to make the same statement is not a sacrament, but a sacrilege."
