Power antenna

Is it possible to program FrodoPlayer to power the antenna up and down whenever the radio is selected, just like a head unit? That would be cool.

I'm not no programmer, but I don't think it would be that difficult to have a parallel relay board switch a 12v line when ever the radio is selected. I pretty sure it's possible.

You could buy a controller card w/software and see if one of the guys/girls would implement it. Maybe, maybe not.

Manual switch if all else fails?

I currently use the +12v trigger wire on my opus to trigger the antenna and the amp

If you download the prog and read all about it you can figure it out. No need to be a programmer, I'm not and I understood it. Pretty simple really with some ralays. Make a VB prog that that terminates after a certain time period. Run it as a external app in frodo.
