    Post NEED HELP WITH WINAMP

Hey friends need this help with winamp.

I need the winamp to detect a audio cd when its inserted in the cdrom drive and start playing the first track.

I know the playlist shall not contain the name of the songs but shall have it like this (Audiotrack 1 )

so is there any plugin for such a feature.

or is there any other program with such a feature which shall use the keyboard to controll it as play stop ff rev etc.

    1. Go to Options...Preferences...Plugins... Input
    2. Select NullSoft CD/LineIn plug-in v. X.XX(x86) [IN_CDDA.DLL]
    3. Select Configure
    4. Make sure Use CDDB is checked.

Whenever you are connected to the internet, it will name all the tracks on the CD for you.

The plugin here allows you to do local CDDB. I'm not sure how it works though...you may want to ask cenwesi. He has worked with local CDDB.
