Yeah here is info for delayed auto-off for ATX. You can read the thread here about what it's about... http://www.mp3car.com/cgi-bin/ultima...c&f=9&t=000119
Click here for parts list www.mp3car.com/usersites/moahdib/shutdown.doc
Here is the schematic: http://www.mp3car.com/usersites/moahdib/atxshutdown.gif
I like it cuz it doesn't take up a serial port and you can adjust the timing for everything adding pot's, all parts cost only ~$15.

How did you get the computer to hibernate from software? What API call(s) did you use?
--Jason
Here are two links that will show you how to hibernate from the command line:
http://www.losoft.de/fs_lstools.html - This link is to a command-line utility that supports hibernate from W2K, but I'm not sure about other OS's.
http://www.jsiinc.com/subg/tip3100/rh3153.htm - This link will show you how to use the Windows Scripting Host to hibernate your machine. Pop it onto the command line or make a shortcut for it.
