Question Software to automatically edit/add ID3 tags?

Does anyone know of any software that can take a look at a listing of MP3s in ARTIST - SONGNAME format and either using an online database or other means, add all the ID3 information? I'm looking mostly to get the Album and Genre figured out. Doing this manually for each one of my MP3s would be very tedious and inconsistant.

I tried the software that was discussed about a month or so ago, but it wouldn't even install behind my proxy (sloppy programming).

this is not exactly what you are looking for but it might help you if you have lots of full albums.

I think MPTagger can do that. Search for it. It's an excellent tagging proggy. Define how it reads the files("band - song title", etc.), renames files, and works with MPC(Mpeg+) files.
