MusicMatch does that...
Anyone know of a program that will create a playlist for all the mp3s in folders as well as sub folders?
I have all my mp3s split by artist/album. Id like to have a program that creates a playlist based off of artist. Anyone help me out?

Why not use a player that keeps a library? This way you don't have to read through directories. This way you do not have to load ID3 tags for every song, everytime. This way you can do quick searching and browsing based on multiple criteria.
Here ya go. The first textbox i the directory of your music. The second if for teh playlist folder. It will make winamp playlists off the directory names of each artist, not ID3 Tags.
Thanks.. but it will not open![]()
