    Post Mp3 player/decoder algorithm

    Any of you Programmers can please tell me where can i get a Mp3 player/decoder algorithm. Which explanes in details how the mp3 decoding procccess works and how to implement it in to a progrming language.

    hi...
    first i must say this is one of the amazing sites to discuss
    i read the source code of lame encoder for encoding audio files to mp3 files.. i know the file structure of mp3 file... but yet i m unable to understand the source code given at mp3-tech.org... could somebody help me to get simpler source code for same or the algorithm to convert raw .wav file to .mp3 file...
