    Wink OS/2 as OS

    Does anybody know anything about OS/2 ? how fast it could boot, if it has the same hd partitioning/format as DOS, and so on.

    Stay far away from OS/2. Boot time is about the same as win95. I don't think you will find any player for it or one that will work correctly. Maybe mpfx might work since it is dos, but i will be worried about he hardware portion of it. I even doubt your hardware will work with it. OS/2 use to be a better OS than WinNT 3.x. But IBM failed miserably when they failed to support tons of hardware there were available for win3.x and NT.

    well if u go to irman's site http://www.evation.com/software/other.html you'll see that there is player and IRman support. but still ill head your warning and keep away, it sounds like its only a hassle, thanks.
