Ideas on synchronizing via usb flash drive?

I dont want to use wireless because its flaky (for me at least) and when I move later this year my car wont be in range

So I would like to use my 512MB flash drive to synchronize files

Anyone have any ideas on the best method to synch?

Im messing around with robocopy but I havent figured out a good way to setup the copy. It would be ideal if robocopy could keep record of what has already been copies and not copy it in the future.
I can copy by date cutoff but that of course isnt perfect

The problem with that prog is that lets say you have a folder with 1000 mp3's. There is no way they will fit on the memory stick. It needs to create a text file of files that are on the carputer. Then compare that to the master directory. Then only copy the new files or ones that have changed size. I think studly_steve007 get it but havnt tried it yet.
