    Windows 98 Anyone???

    I have been looking for a copy of windows 98 everywhere! Can anyone help??
    Its down!!!! Sold the Golf so took it out, it's still alive but not installed.

    I've "heard" .. some people use various p2p prorams to get ISOs ..

    but at this point I think most of us geeks have an old gutted machine that used to run 98 . so we all have a liscence most likely..

    I can believe they are still selling copies of win98 for $70...

    But seriously, if you have an old junker sitting around that had 98 on it that you got legally, just p2p it for an ISO just like neon_eddy said.

    Be sure you have a WIN98SE. The first Win98 was crappy.

    If you ever owned a computer that used to run Win98 then it's legal for you to download a copy off the Internet since you already have a licence. Hahahaha, ohh that's great stuff Sucks to be me, I was born in Russia and all the computers there used to come with pirated versions of Windows, so technically this laptop I have is the first machine that I'm using legally. Feels weird.
