How to rip out parts from XP?

I tried to install a lite version of winxp using nlite program and failed twice because of missing files detected in setup.
After that i installed win xp (service pack 2) in a regular install and ripped some of the things i wont us like games and other tools.

still, my install is 1Gig!!! thats too much because the HD capacity is 4.7Gig and i still want to fill it all with mp3s... how can i rip more the system and how do i make it run faster? (P3 500MHz)

    thanks,
    ziv

you can remove more body fat using XPlite. You can remove a lot of the same stuff without XPlite, if you don't want to pay for it... you can find info on that on google. to make it run faster, look at the dozens of articles on XP optimization all over the net.
