The latest changes belong mostly to the RoadRunner ExportProvider.

I also made a new test skin, which is fully object oriented. You may use this to create a complete new skin.

Minor bug: I went to export, changed my mind and hit cancel, but it created the export anyway!

Checked it. I accidentally placed the MessageBox outside the Dialog. This means, only the DialogBox shows up but the Export isn't done really.

What design are you doing? Wanna show it?

I've decided to try my hand at skinning with the introduction of this app. I'd like to have something where every screen had "the basic buttons" (vol+, mute, vol-, prev, next, exit) always in the same place to make it more of a no-brainer when driving. I plan on putting these along the left side of every screen. I'd also like to create two variations of most screens: a full screen with all the details and another limited version with my nav display on half of the screen.

Eventually, I'll also get around to doing a phoco screen. I bought it a couple months ago but evidently my Nokia 6230 needs a firmware update first to get it to work smoothly. Pardon me for not showing my humble work here... not quite ready for prime time yet!

Good thought. I was also thinking it would be nice if the frontends would be able to "include" such a region definition so you could design the basic controls once and put an "placeholder" for it on each screen.

Hope you show us your work when you're done.

I like split-view.... I just wonder how most frontends will take to that....

RoadRunner. I've used a bunch of 'em and RR appears to have the most flexibility in what you can put on a screen and how to navigate around. Also it's currently undergoing the most active development.
