Saw your second message after I posted mine :-) What sort of gauges do you plan on doing? Obviously there can be a flag that can be passed in to specify images such as fuel, battery, red-line, etc...

Just in case you didn't know you can pass parms into flash from ASP or PHP. Simply put a timer in flash that hits the ASP/PHP page. I built a live chat program for my company that does it.

Just thought I would suggest that in case getting the data to javascript was a pain and since you know VB, ASP should be a snap for you.

If you need any help let me know.

Some of my changes are probably not necessary, just testing.

In firefox you can not switch to the battery template in your sample frodo (it will switch in the drop down box but all parts of the gauge will stay as speed gauge not battery)
