Stealth GPS Logger - Save yourself from Speeding Tickets / Parking Tickets?

u can always check if it has been edited especialy if its a text file if u right click and go into properties it will show the last time it was added to or edited.. basicly if u got stoped ur gps wont log info until u move again and it wont write to that file making the last stamp when ur slowed down and stoped ur car on the side of the road with a five 0 behind u

Even that is forgeable. Just change your system date/time before saving the file. To make it look original, just copy and paste the data into a new file first, then save. Instant fake. It wouldn't hold up.

I'm not that observant. It takes about 500 posts for me to start noticing that on someone.

If your GPS log says you werent and the cop says you were then you could probably bring it up to the officer if he had any doubt that you were speeding he'd probably let you off, I mean it costs the state money when you fight a ticket the police officer knows that....

Well radar has its flaws. For example, if your police is using a handheld radar gun and he aims and hits you, the reading would be off if he only just swings his arm as he shoots. It would clock you as going faster than you really are.

Reason for this is radar works off the doppler effect of radar waves. The swinging of his arm would add to the total velocity by increasing the frequency of the outgoing waves before they even get to your vehicle.

Its happen to me before, i was riding my motorcycle and was hit with a ticket faster than i was really going. The cop heard my loud-*** exhaust, saw the red bike heading his way and swung his arm to clock me....bam add 15mph to my ticket
