Thread: Where's the action?

First off, let me commend everyone of you who are working hard to provide the rest of us with great carPC applications. Mine is still in the works, but in the mean time, I figured I'd ask you guys what languages you think an amateur interested in helping out should know. I've just finishing a CS class in Unix, C++, Perl, and Java, and I've had a job working with labview for about a year. I'd assume VB is everywhere due to its simple vi creation, but is the rest just up to personal choice, or are there specfic ones most of you think are important to developing carPC systems?
