Windows Balloon Pop-Ups

Is it possible to disable only the network notification balloons??

I know how to disable all the balloons..
I have disabled the network notifications, but despite that I keep getting them..

Moreover I get the network IP conflict notification, which is definately not true... It may happen when my pc is out of the network!!

Do you have WiFi setup? That may be the conflict.

Yes I have wifi and this connection brings all the balloon pop-ups... I don't have this problem at any other PC though!

Oh, the balloon popup that says "WIFI1 Not Connected!" Lol, yea, I get that too, I turned off the notification thing, but I'm still getting it as well. I've been too lazy to fiddle with it...if anything, I'm sure there is a registry setting to kill it heheh.

There is a registry, but for all the balloons... I don't know if there is just for wlan...
What about the IP conflict on the network? That is really weird!

Question is - are offline folders involved?
