    Delphi is object pascal

    The interface is like VB, but only better
    You get used to it in a day or two.

    no thanks... sorry, but 2 years of pascal was enough...

    speaking of obsolete languages (just kidding guys.... ), how about Cobol.NET???

    I'm enjoying C# thus far. I've never had any formal education in object-oriented programming (OO C++ course coming up next fall though) but I've always liked the idea, and that was probably the only part of VB that I held in very high regard

    I only got the IDE up and running a few hours ago... and already got some good test programs running, so it's not too hard for a C++ programmer to pick up...
