I can just talk for my Siemens S65 but I have to push the left button on my phone to hand the audio from the phone to the pc. maybe you have that option as well![]()
Hi, I'm newbie and I need your help...
I didnt' find any solution in the other posts so I've decided to post a new one.
I'm trying to use the Nokia 6600 handsfree services with my pc using this USB Bluetooth. The connection seems established, because I see the handsfree local service connected and the Nokia handsfree audio gateway connected to the 6600
If I try to call my 6600 from another phone I can see the call on my Pc but when I answer with the Pc I can't hear anything. It's the same thing when I try to listen an audio file from the Nokia to my pc. Can someone help me please?
my widcomm drivers are
4.0.1.700 of11/05/2004
my 6600 firmware is
V 5.27.0
28-06-04
NHL-10
Thank you very much

Most likely you need a newer firmware version for your 6600 - that's what I ran into when trying to implement the bluetooth audio gateway stuff - from searching I read that Nokia's bluetooth implementation for the hands free stuff kind of sucked at first but was patched somewhat with the later firmware. At that point I said f it because I don't know anywhere local that can do the fw upgrade and I can't send my phone off for who knows how long to have it upgraded. Of course keep us informed if you find out anything new!
I think you have the right, however I have wrote an email to Nokia support where I had explain the trouble. Now I'm waiting for an answerOriginally Posted by Zac

It's incredible, I asked at the Nokia Help online an they told me that they don't know this problem![]()

You should persist.
I had got a 6600 too and I successfully connect it ti Pc via bluetooth with Trust BT dongle and WINDCOM drivers. But i remember had tried since day to make it working.
I wonn't be able to remeber how I done because that makes a long time but you should try on several PC because sometimes there are uncompatibilities with the dongle.
