Ok... I did this for the iGuidance people. It basically stays in one spot, and zooms the area you want, and when you click on the box, it will click on the area. Pretty simple. The INI is self-explanitory. Saves last position, and does not have title bar.
New version does not have a place on the task bar

i agree windowless and draggable=true but have draggable true false as a setting in the ini so you can drag it to whee you want it then change draggable to false and viola have it report the xy ccord save then to the ini and i think that would make it very manageable
also is there a way to run multiple instances of this theres a few other minor things id love to tweak

Yea, just put an exe and an INI in a seperate folder.

The draggable true/false is kindo dumb, since you'll just be able to hold it with your mouse and drag it. The XY cordinate is just a 1 time setting... so not that feature
To have multiple instances, just create multiple directories.
Ol33l: Set form style to fsNone and ctl3D to false. That will remove all the boarder stuff. The new SKINbedder is already that way.

Last time I check it was really hard to hold an object with the TS....The draggable true/false is kindo dumb, since you'll just be able to hold it with your mouse and drag it
