    Recording Streaming Audio

I am looking for software to record streaming music to wav or mp3. There is a site that has some new music from a band that the player is embedded in the site. Is there any way to record that stream?

I know for mac there is "Wiretap" a shareware program that captures all audio that goes thru the speakers meaning it gets all the sounds from the computer. Listening to internet radio, click record and it records on the fly until you press stop. Then you have a nice WAV or AIF file to convert to mp3.

You use URLSNooper to capture the embedded URL. Then paste the URL into Streambox VCR to record it. Both are freeware.

I checked it out, the player controls are inside a flash window. Anyone know if there is a way to pull apart the flash to find the links?

like I said, use URLSnooper. It captures every URL that's passed between your computer and a server.
