PurDoom, is there anyway to add some kind of Event firing/handling?
For example, when you're about to make a turn (ie. once the Guidance Map shows up), an event is fired off to, say, Girder.
Girder then "tells" the front-end to switch to iGuidance map. Then once you've made the turn, Girder tells it to switch back. (this is the easy part).
Interesting idea, why not?
Ill have to download girder and make sure that iguidance is still redrawing itself while its hidden; right now the code just looks at a couple spots on the display and makes sure its the color blue to indicate a turn is in progress.

pure on the same subject of direction arrows could you maybe work with guino to embed next turn arrows into rr eventually once this progect is done
i think alot off ppl using iguidance would like to have the same funtionality that destinator has with map monkey etc
