How about the BIOS setup to set voltages, clock speeds & multipliers. Most motherboards (but not all) allow some amount of tweaking...

I own a Insight P4-ITX board and it doesn't have any jumpers or settings in the BIOS that i can tweak

For voltage, I'm sure someone found a place were you can put a resister

after preliminary evaluation it seems that speed fan wont work to change the FSB (or i just don't know how)

would that go on the board or on the CPU and there arent a lot of people with the Insight board so i doubt it

I know "jcdillin" has one and "Tuned vatised" <--sp?
