what software is this?

What software displays the maps on the horizion like this?-

This looks cool, does it move and rotate as you drive?

Also- Does anyone know of any good programs that could control an ICOM PCR100? Most of the software I've found is too complicated. I just want something that works similar to a car radio

iGuidance has 2d mode and the above shown 3d mode... it also changes the colors based on the time of day so that it isn't too bright at night... in all modes you can either have the map always up for north or it can rotate to keep you headed "up" on the screen...
