Mobo switch

I had a old atx mobo that had been trought so much abuse that we developed quite the bond, but the day after i installed everything the mobo stopped outputing video, i tried 7 different video cards, but never got anything.

I decided to replace the bohemoth with a mini-itx via m10000.
When I made the switch, I just plugged in the new mobo to the existing hard drive and everything worked. Would you recommed reinstalling windows anyway just to optimize my system? Or can I let slide with the current configuration on the hard drive with my new via epia

BTW I love this mobo it is amazing

I just remembered that i have my OS recognizing my processor as a non-acpi device, so im gonna reinstall so that i can the auto shutdown fuction of my power supply, and i figure it be better anyway.

btw.. the problem mentioned here:

is already gotten much better with the new mobo and faster ram, i went from pc133 (133) to pc 2100 (266). I have it down to like 11 seconds to get the scroll bar to appear
