Is these a freeware that can hide/show the mouse pointer?

I've searched hide and low for this but can't find it. I just need a simple program that can hide and show the mouse pointer. Any help is appriciated.

I "think" you can do that with all the front end available on this site unless you don't want to install one. Stand alone, I don't know.

here's my situation. I want to push a button on my remote or push the wheel on my mouse to toggle between hiding and showing the mouse pointer (in case I want to use the mouse in the car and when I'm done, hide it). With the front-end, you have to set it in the config. I want to do this on the fly. Anyone?

well NMC (NeoCar Media Center) has the option to auto hide the mouse after a set amount of seconds so u can push a button on the touchscreen and then it will go away after 1 seconds so if the touchscreen dies for some reason and you move an actually mouse you will see it but if you don't move it then it will hide
