Xport 2 and Compass... THE solution for hibernation

For some reason, XportLink (which I installed when you released it) keeps on enabling itself after restart. I want to uninstall/disable all of this before I try Xport3, as per your 'Read Me'... however I am unclear how to ensure that XportLink does not try to startup upon restart. (other than deleting it... !)

Sorry, I was in a hurry to get that out. You can just delete it. That's fine. If you want to delete the registry key as well, it's here:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\XPortLink

After all this, I want to be the first one to say.
Xport should have its own subforum under Support Software or at least under Other Cool Stuff.
So far, Xport3 works fine in my Matrix setup.

Yes, this needs its own forum section. I have tested this all day yesterday, and had some problems when outputting to COMM port 16 (no idea why... iGuidance kept on resetting itself to Comm 1)

I since changed it to output to COMM 5, and all works perfectly, non-obstrussive, and with only a 2.6 MB memory footprint. Great piece of software!!!!!!!!

The COM16 thing may be an iGuidance bug. It could be cutting off the 6 wherever it saves its settings. I've seen lots of software that can't handle double digits yet.
