for Eyetoy on here. Its drivers have been talked about.
Do! You beat me by one minute!
Ya, as soon as I posted this message, I did one more search, and found the drivers at this site http://www.ionstorm.co.uk/files/sairuk/index.shtml
Hopefully this saves someone else some trouble. By the way, I found the EyeToy camera for $29 at BestBuy.
I had a little trouble with the ini file as the explanations are in German, so I used babelfish http://babelfish.altavista.com/tr to translate, and it only had one word that it couldn't translate "gebonnen" (in the StartOver=1).Originally Posted by Civic03
I've attached the English version of the ini. Chris (Prefect) you may want to review for it's accuracy, but it is readable (at least for unilingual Canadians like me )
Thanks for developing a great app!
Edit : I had to upload the config.ini as config.txt as the forum won't allow .ini files (so if you download, just rename it)
I have the same problem when trying to embed into RoadRunner. Capture! only seems to run as another window - can this program be embedded?Originally Posted by urosbe
RR has a good FAQ on how to embed How do I launch an application in its own "skin" or "screen" ?
and Winspector shows the Window name as "Capture!" - but I can't get it to embed - has anyone embedded it in any Front End?
I tried it in RoadRunner and it embeds fine.
Guys, can you have a look at what I've done then in RR to see where I'm screwing up?
I'm using MC2.0 and from the main screen menu, I have a button My Camera, that has the following command line;
&button13=My Camera@load;camera.skin;camera;C:\Program Files\Road Runner\Capture\Capture!.exe;Capture!,camera&
This calls up the following skin, and launches Capture!, but not embedded.
Here is my skin file.
MEDIACAR Camera Skin
/, IMG, x, y, w, h, File Name, Option;IMGLAYER
/, A, x, y, w, h, color R;RGB, G, B
/, L, x, y, w, h, color R;RGB, G, B, font size;FONT, font name, Code;LABELCODES, Tooltip;LABELALIGNMENT
/, Y, Back Slider file path
/, S, x, y, w, h, x1, y1, w1, h1, O, Style, Pointer file path, h2, Code;SLIDERCODES, Tooltip

Alternatively, if you can post what your skin looks like or the command line you have used to launch Capture! within RR, it would be greatly appreciated.
Any and all help is welcome.
Hey guys, any feedback would be appreciated. I'd really like to know how you got this app to embed in RoadRunner and I can't get it to work properly.
I will post my skin file tonight whaen I get home. Sorry I didn't do it earlier.Originally Posted by GRod
