Man I'm thinking maybe someone could write a game where you can "shoot" other cars that appear on this web cam viewer as you drive by. Bonus points if you shoot a cop!!! That'd be fun for the passenger. Probably need a lot of CPU power for the image processing piece though.

Wouldnt it be a cool idea to overlay current speed in the frames?
Thats number one of my list since I started with Capture!... Maybee I have time in this summer break.

b8bboi: And what will happens with the car if you shot it down? Why not combine that with a roof-mounten video-projector and beam the bullet-holes directly to the cars infront of you...

Another cool thing to do: an option to 'delay' recording. Like one frame every second with a playback of 30 frames/second. In that way we get movie of an one hour trip in about 2 minutes.

This will result in smaller movies, lower cpu power, cool/easyier movie to playback.

Jup! I want that too :-) The problem is, that you cannot set a different playback-speed at the time of recording. You have to speed-up the movie afterwards at your home-pc with virtualdub.

You can set recording to 1fps in the config.ini. But your camera has to support it!

I think you know this video I made: Capture_Zeitraffer_x25_25fps_wm9.avi (right-click and save to disk...)

    @All: New Version: Capture!.zip

You can now define 4 Shortcuts:
    Start/Stop
    Exit
    Archive Video
    Switch Input Source

Switch Input Source: Please test this function. I do not have a capture device with multiple inputs. I need detailed error-messages and problem descriptions.

Archive Video now checks if the destination folder exists. If not, the video is backuped to the capture-folder.

Some bugfixes: Detect errors while recording could have looped infinitly. Now max. 10 approaches are made, then give up.

    Regards! Chris

    Hope this helps.

Ok, but the first three 4 sources (0-3) work?

So I have to set the limit to (VideoSpourceCout-1).

I've only tested 2 inputs as i only have 2 cameras, but it certainly switches between them fine.

    Excellent work.

I uploaded a new version which cicles through the input devices from zero to (inputdevicescout-1).

I think that should work better for Tissy.

    Please try and report bugs!
