Thanks. That's actually useful for me. Of course, the one place that I didn't put debug info was the problem. It's not connecting the GPS overlay to the codec because of some unknown error getting the codec's input pin. Ugh!

I still don't know why it works perfectly for me. It should be the same.

its nice to record this using capture! but it'll be nice to use/see the feed elsewhere like centrafuse as well.
Just saw one called Manycam in this 4 webcam thread. Give the app a try too!

Sure! Download it again. I added more debug info and formatted it a little cleaner. I can't imagine what it will look like though.

I noticed that the preview was working with the overlay enabled. Xport wasn't running though, so I just had the time on there.

But same thing, 0-byte files (apart from uncompressed). Logs attached. Thanks for the help!

OK, I think it might be fixed. Download and see if that does it.

It could be that I added the GPS overlay before the codec. I know that was a problem with the CaptureUltimate, but don't know why. Maybe pre-SP3?

From what I just saw, that looks like it did it! File recorded with the overlay showing time. Will test again later on the road with the GPS on, and post up a vid.

    Thanks for the support.

Ah, well that looks like the problem. Just inserting the filters in the right order. Still really strange that I'm running XP and 7 here and it was working.

I was trying to figure out where that was then it clicked that its Freo I'm guessing

Was that using any compression? Quality looks very good.
