I like the skin editor too, dragable boxes and resize on the fly are much appreciated.
just a few small things.

The skin editor:
when it opens theres no way to continue working on your previous skin, i have to start a new one then open the .ini file from the previous skin, copy all my images into the new folder that was created.
Cant change the scroll bars height or width (not a huge issue, i figure there was some limitation as to why)
Cant minimize the skin maker
Other than that the skin maker is on point and easy to use

Mobile Emulator:
When i run it with my new skin, after i start a game then click the close game button, the file list moves from where it was defined in my skin and i no longer can run any games. At this point i have to kill the process and restart it.
oh, and the keyboard shortcuts dont seem to work.

very nice work so far, your app making playing games in the car a lot easier.

Oops, looks like I forgot to change a couple simple lines of code. It should be fixed now. You can download the updated version from the website now.

When you open the Skin Builder, if you type in the name of your previously edited skin, then say no to overwrite, it will open up your previous skin and settings, It wont open the pictures however, you will still have to go out and open them manually.

The scrollbar was tricky to get to work right, so it has to stay the same dimensions, but its location can change.

There are some hidden things on the form that I didnt want it to be revealed and have to stay visible to work right, so I removed the ability to be resized, or minimized/maximized and Visual Basic is a bit limited in options for this.

The bottom bar and buttons are RoadRunner, the first 4 buttons on the bottom are user editable, text and function. The GAMES text at the top closes mobile emulator, probably gonna change it so its more obvious.

Hi I just Dl the emulator form your site. When I try to install it, the installer asks for disk2 and because disk2 is not available I cannot install it. Do you guys have any ideas ?
