Thread: looking for software number code activator

I am looking for software, if it does exist of course

i am planning to fabricate usb keyboard, and i wanted to know if there is a software that can activate programs by punching special key code

like Winamp : 999 Enter and it starts it
obvioulsy assign numerical code to execute programs
