is the format of the results but it brings you to the main pages if u try to access it
they even have google maps to show u where the location is

there has to be a better site, gasbuddy lacks the power we need but is easier to interface......this one doesnt seem to have enough info....and its a pain to interface. The reason your code didnt work lost is because you did a get, and not a post request.....a post request works.....on the first page, I couldnt get it to work to limit the results.
Nevertheless I emailed the people at the page to see if they had any kinda RSS feed or anything.

edit: you can find a zipcode to coordinate db out on sourceforge......its outdated though
you can do it with vb, but its the way the header request is built. you can do it by building the same form the page uses locally in an html file and setting the method to post
