Windows has 800x600 or smaller, but my dumb lcd Xenarc 700tsv from mp3car store... only shows in 16:9 / 4:3... What should i do? How can i make them match..

Well... When you plug it in, it will work. The resolution isn't going to be what it was supposed to be, but it rescales it automatically. If you actaully want them to match, then do a search on "800x480".
It will look just fine running at 640x480 or 800x600.
