There is, but it retails here for 190 - $275

It's software prices like this that really make me mad - this means that if i want gps i have to buy the sofware and a receiver for about $140. This is the money that would have bought me a couple of dvd screens for the back, or even a motherboard, hard disk and ram. Ahh well, I'm quite tempted to just stick with just shelling out to autoroute 2001 - it came free with my desktop pc and has rudementary gps support. Lets just hope I can afford a desktop sized monitor (15" tft) to use for my main screen though - you can't change the size of text on the map

    Winam has limited ID3 support

I really wanted to include ID3 support, and this is something that weinamp doesn't appear to do (unless it's in the mini browser). Sure you can maintain your ID3 tags, but they aren't useful for anything in Winamp.

It would appear that this is built into MMB, however there are a lot of other drawbacks regarding playlists.

Here's a nice little VB class that will read and write ID3 tags. I had to zip it to upload it onto here.

I forget where I got it at, but it works really well.

I may be wrong, but isn't that code only id3 v1.1 compliant, not v2?

I've been digging about the vb code sites and came up with this. It's not entirely complete and the id3 v2 genre seems to give problems at the moment. It may cause an error and not be correct - best to trust the id3 v1 genre which is correct as far as i can see.

Let me know if its any use
