    rob,
Thanks for the info, Its gonna take me a while to read it but i guess its gonna be a good read. Im curious to know why u ditched the idea though. The display you made were pretty cool but have u seen the ones on the Honda s2000? hehe...they are somewhat similar to the ones used in formula one and rally. At least i know it looks similar to the one available in the Sauber Petronas F1 car....coz one of my frens work with them.

So did your setup finally work or did you just stop somewhere along the line?

    Andrew,
I think power windows shouldnt be a problem...coz its just a matter of controlling the motors via software! thats where my nighmare starts.....lol....central locking would be a different story. Also, could you tell me there's any Haynes manual for protons? Thanks and good luck in your exams.

thanks wizardpc...... Thats the idea i had earlier but it still comes back to my problem of programming it!! I cant program even to safe my own life! er...actually i can do a bit of C .. but i prefer soldering and creating cicuits though. You software is cool...but i was thinking of more toward controlling it with voice and stuff. Maybe using viavoice or something similar to voodo voice. That way it'll be more useful.
I guess i have to start learning how to do vb then

If you use L&H Voice Express (and possibly some others...don't know), voice commands will work on my software
