    xp services: dialup?

    ok,
    what xp services control dialup?

I am using my gprs tmobile SDA as a modem and try to set up a dial up connection but the options are greyed out. I restored windows to a point before I optimized my windows "services "and it wasnt greyed out.

I am wondering what service is causing the dialup option to be greyed out

    thanks

This may not be all-inclusive, but some that are obviously necessary to me:
    DHCP Client
    IPSEC
    Network Connections
    Network Location Awareness
    Remote Access Auto Connection Manager
    Remote Access Conenction Manager
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

    I have:

    dhcp
    network connections
    telephony
    protected storage all on automatic

I will try the others you mentioned as well to see if they help.
