Thread: Internet Access (Weather) Problem

Does anyone know how Roadrunner accesses the internet? Here is the scenario:

I'm trying to get weather working...
If I hook-up the comp to a Wifi network (in my garage) the weather works fine. It updates when I hit refresh, etc... it just works.

However, if I connect via bluetooth and my cell phone it doesn't work. It requires a proxy which I have setup through Control Panel->Internet Options. If I open the IE I can browse to any site just fine. It just won't update the weather...

Maybe RR uses a different method to connect to the internet? Any one have any thoughts on this? Or Guino, maybe you can enlighten me.
