Thumbs up TouchMILEAGE - Gas Mileage Tracking Software

Hi everybody. I have written some software to track gas mileage and regular maintenance for your vehicle. It is optimized for small touch screens carputers with an integrated keypad for easy data entry. You can view product information and download a fully functional trial version of TouchMILEAGE from www.touchcar.com. Free software updates up to the next major version are included with purchase.

I also plan to release a desktop version that will allow you to track multiple vehicles later on.

I read this forum daily as I am a car and electronics nut too. I think it's great that both worlds are merging together. I hope to be able to contribute to the carputer software market...even if it's just a few small programs.

    Thank you,
    Ed

    Hi.

Absolutely. I will look into adding that functionality right away. I definitely don't want to leave out our metric friends. Any suggestions are gladly appreciated.

    Thank you,

Looks like a nice, useful piece of software...but why not make the onscreen text and text fields larger and more touch friendly? While it may be easy to enter the numbers thanks to the large onscreen buttons, it doesn't look so easy to read the text that one is entering. I was thinking something the size of the text on the StreetDeck screens, perhaps with an option to allow smaller text if the user wants to see more info per screen.

    Hi.

I will make the text size and the text boxes larger. They do tend to be a little small. Thank you for the suggestions.

    Thank you,
    Ed
