HI I have the same setup, you have to configure the GPS reciever to only sned certain singlals, email me I can tell you how, or do a search on this website.
Ok, I'm having issues with gettin gco-pilot to work. I have a copy of the software on CD and I've loaded it on my computer, no error's at all. Yesterday I did my first big trip and I tried to get co-pilot to work (2002). After approx 1.5 miles of working BEAUTIFULLY it would come over the speakers "Co-Pilot will only work with a co-pilot brand GPS receiver, sorry" (or something to that effect). How do I get this to work? I love the setup of the software, it works and looks great but if it can't work I have some major issues then. I have the Garmin GPS35PC. Thanks for all help.

Ok, call me stupid but after searching through-out the site I can't really find much info on this. I've read the documents on the GPS receiver and learned how to configure it (well, sorta) but I'm not sure what signals I need it to send, and it's not like I have all of the proper co-pilot documentation avaible. Does anyone have an idea to this?
tommyd75> I sent you an email, I don't know if you got it though.

Posting this for reference for later searchers:
Enable these:
GPGGA
GPGSA
GPRMC
Disable all others.
The CoPilot may show red status symbols for the GPS, but it'll still work.
