Delphi programming of XM Direct - Help

A long time ago I had played with Delphi, so I thought that he would be good to use for a frontend, it seemed more capable than VB. This summer I got a copy of Delphi 2006 and after a considerable learning period I was able to start a frontend. It is nowhere near as functional or Visual as many of the ones on this site, but it works for my limited needs. It has NAV(Iguidance), Mp3, Video and XM support only. Each is a separate application.
What I need is Delphi program or some help with adding control of the XM direct module.
I have a VB app that now controls the module, (the code is based on a VB class that I found on the internet through links here).

Can a VB class be used in Delphi?

What I want is a way of directly controlling the Module in Delphi instead of having to execute the VB application.
I imagine that given enough time I might be able to convert the VB to Delphi, but after spending as much time on Delphi just to get it going, I rather not unless that is the only way. I rate my Delphi skills as 3 and VB about a 1.

I like Delphi, (seems easier to understand for me) more than VB(VB .NET needs a degree in Techno speak), and want to get into it more.

So, has anybody used Delphi to control an XMdirect module? If so I could sure use some help.

I took some of the XM Code in RR, and Turned it into an ActiveX control, I dont know Delphi, but if you can use an active x control then you should be able to use this from your app. if you would like I can post it, code and all. It is just the same as Road Runners XM Code Just Slightly and I mean Slightly modified. So if you want this let me know, Oh and since this is Code from RR, you can not use it for comercial sale unless you get an ok from Guino

Here you go, Let me know if you have any trouble. If you open the group1 project in VB, you will see the ActiveX code and a test Project
