    Audio spectrum analyzer/Audio visualizer?

Im looking for a fullscreen audio spectrum analyze/audio visualizer. I want bars or line graph type. I have tried some for winamp Must of them dont go fullscreen. I want something like the on in Windows media player(green bars) but a little more color. Like "Dominics" system in "Fast and the Furious" he has some analyzer in the center. It looks really hot when he turns on the system. What im trying to say do you know of any such program.

A while ago I made a AVS package for Winamp which uses the spectrum analyzer & oscilliscope. Give it a try! Simplisity

Is there any way to specify a Winamp visualisation as a borderless window of a certain size on the screen? Id like to call from my VB app to show the AVS onscreen to look as though it is "within" the app itself.

    I think Im making sense!

It looks good but I can't use it. I don't have a "C:" drive everytime I try to change the directory it goes back to C:\Program Files\Winamp\Plugins\AVS\Simplisity. Can you post the extracted ".avs" files. And how did you create it?

You could do a transparent skin around the avs window, then position it within you app. If you cant make it transparent, you could just skin it so it fits in with your app.

I did the transparent skin (sortaa) with my system. I DOwnloaded the baseskin.zip file from the NSDN at winamp.com and then changed the border .bmp's used for the AVS window to black...... now when AVS runs it looks just a part of the software.....

to make 'transparent' skins is very hard (its all vector stuff sadly/I thought you could just use a transparent color, like with GIF files) and I dont know if u can transparent parts of the AVS window borders anyway..... so the blackout option is probably the easiest method.....

If your lazy, I can email u the skin..... but its basic stuff to do...
    Project - GAME OVER :(

This might sound stupid, but how do I run the AVS file? I went to Visualizations, and saw nothing new in the window, and saw all these AVS files, but how do I run them?

AVS files are attached..... Simply extract them in Winamp\Plugins\AVS\Simplisity folder. Make sure you have AVS (it doesn't come with all the Winamp packages), then choose it in the Visualizations settings, start AVS then right click the window and select what AVS file you want.

BTW let me know if you like them or not!
