There's 3 ways I know of. First delete itunes and never use it, problem solved. Thats what I did. Anyways jokin aside you can change the font settings in windows by going into the display setting\appearance tab. There you can change font sizes and if you hit the advanced button you can customize a bunch of stuff. The only problem with this is it changes all the sizes in windows. the third way is to follow this
