Do I have any worries upgrading to Windows 7?

Things with my computer are just starting to go haywire, especially my screen drivers and .NET. Plus I'd like to upgrade to something that's not 10 years old. Is there any of the common mp3car software which doesn't work in Windows 7? I'm mostly concerned with:
- Road Runner
- Holux U213 USB GPS receiver
- Xenarc 700TSV
- Those webcam recording programs

Anything simply not working yet?

Most everything works, biggest thing I've found are apps/drivers that haven't been updated in years.

PowerMate application only works when its window is in focus, same with Carnetix Psumoni program.

I run Win7 on all 3 of my installs.

As Maheriano said as long as the software has been recently updated there should not be any problems with Windows 7, old software may definitely not work though.
