    Didnt work in WMP 10 for me either.

    Update...DVD still doesn't work and Nav fails to initialize as well... revervted back to 1.1.0.0.....Nav works again....DVD does not

    having similar dvd initialization problem in XP

    I am having the same problem in XP pro. all requisits are installed but still fail on dvdrender

    i have posted a verbose log

    please advise. working with trial version currently

    Not that you don't have a point...one would expect a reply or two to a bug reports thread that's been bumped four times over the past three months...but also you never posted regarding whether or not your video card was capable of supporting VMR in Vista. So, I don't know why you expect resolution on this when the answer (even if it's not the most satisfactory answer) was posted before you ever posted.
