To my knowledge, no - and I am guessing that this is due to the whole motion while driving thing...

Here is my latest project I have been working on...I don't know if I will ever finish this one - right now it is just kind of an experiment... tech borders with transparent glass buttons...



This would be a large undertaking as it would mean redesigning Streetdeck from the bottom up...

Here is another example of a button...



Like I said, just a concept skin at the moment... And these buttons take forever to create

If finished we could all be driving around pretending to be batman

The thing is... for each car with different color dashboard lightning... Untill I have a SD GUI running on a small screen I would know what would be the best looking solution for buttons etc...

If you download trial edition of StreetDeck, it comes with the DEV tools. The dev tools are free and won't time out.

You can't use flash. Everything is in Direct3D and you have to use the dev tools to manipulate it.

True, but u can render flash , by making a pointer onto Direct3D surface. (other way around)

I doubt we could ever do that in a high performance way, but regardless, what would you want to do in flash that you can't already do directly in StreetDeck?

Flash sucks in performance, but there's so much available in terms of graphics.
It doesn't have to but, a good idea would be think of a way to deliver pop ups or small banners with commercial content onto streetdeck in future. Say you driving by a store and they have something on sale... (I think someone from SD talked about the same thing on CNET "rental property") Its just funny how I though about the same thing... Maybe I'm looking too far, right now, there are other issues...
