g4 radio tuner

Hi I have installed trial period of your last sd in my G4 I have a problem, when I chose radio I hear the radio but I can't chane the channel, I move to another frequency but I hear the same radio channel ( hardware tuner don't move)
how to resolve?

THe G4 hardware will only work if you have installed the G4 version of StreetDeck. There is a beta version of this setup available at http://www.streetdeck.com/update/setup_beta2.exe

hi I have installed with g4 option, I can see the tuner move up and down for seek but don ear nothing why? I have buyed g4 to cartft and a regular licence of SD
