So does SD take 18 seconds to start for everyone? Below is an excerpt from the log file. Also, i have similar delay when accessing the navigation module. I have the initializing navigation module up for around 10-15 seconds.
What comprises Folder init??? It says initializing navigation at that time:

it didnt work. In fact it made things much worse. The MSI Installer came up and i couldn't find my SD cd. So after 2 hours of pure hell, i was able to restore SD to the way it was before. Now, everytime i delete the T3dev file, the MSI installer kicks in the background and reinstalls the file. Yep, its still slow as ever when loading SD.
No, i dont have Infill. I'm using a laptop.
Unplug any USB devices that are plugged in and try restarting SD from shutdown. I can notice a difference when I use a USB thumb drive with music.
nope, no luck. So how do i delete T3....dll without it being automatically reinstalled?
