Jan, your efforts are nobel and appreciated. It is not fair that 'taking care of the forum' is on your shoulders almost exclusively.
Streetdeck, the company, needs to take some action, though, if they care about this community here on this forum. It is AMAZING how disorganized everything appears to end users. It really does, at times, look like the company has no idea what it is doing and poor you and Chuck are just scrambling and doing the best you can.
I've been here since the early beta days, have always been supportive and professional(with an occasional rant here or there) but it is getting harder and harder to want to continue using this product because of this.
